Pear & Plum
Pear and Plum is a personal branding and packaging project. I designed a monogram logo for a luxury company and used a curling serif typeface and gold foil to give the brand an elevated feel. Additionally, the Pear and Plum packaging features a floral and fruit pattern that serves as a backdrop for the company logo.

Process
I tested different logos as part of the exploration process. I opted to focus on typography-based logo for this project, rather than a pictorial logo, to give the design a more elevated feel.
The Pear and Plum pattern was based on a watercolor pattern I created for a different project. I used the watercolor as a basis for a digital illustration that I then turned into a seamless pattern. Gradients were added to the digital illustration to mimic the gradients found in the watercolor.
